You read write! Here are the teams that will be competing for the ultimate bacon dish:

 

• Le Papillon on The Park pairs up with Green Gate Farms
• Waffle Bar & Mr. Spinners team up with Highmark Farms’ traditional style bacon
• Glas Restaurant teams up with Highmark Farms’ wild boar bacon
• Wheelbarrow Farm cooks up their own traditional style bacon
• Ying Ying Soy Foods cooks up their Tofu bacon

 

Our teams will be selling deliciously blended bacon based foods all market day with judging at noon.

 

Mr. Spinners & Waffle Bar got so excited they started their bacon festivities this past Sunday.

 

 

They made breakfast bacon waffles topped with peameal bacon, cheddar cheese and an egg sunny side up!
